Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services, Inc. (INC) is the local mental health authority or7 08 Board for seven townships of south Kane County, including Aurora, Batavia, Big Rock, Blackberry, Kaneville, Sugar Grove and Virgil Townships. INC develops One and Three Year Plans for services for residents needing mental health, developmental disability or substance abuse services.
